Brand new 1W 808nm laser diodes

Mounted laser diode

Mounted Multiple Crystal Assembly (MCA)
Polarization is matched to the diode for maximum output
(MCA dimensions are 2x2x4mm)

MCA was cushioned by Indium foil
(foil thickness is 0.1mm)

Assebled and adjusted laser unit incorporates 5X telescope optics
(dimensions are 41x100x67mm)

Testing the laser
pump power is aprox 750mW, output power is unknown

(distance to the building is aprox 1 km)

The beam divergence is aprox 1.5 mRad
The beam diameter is 2.5-3 mm at aperture
